Mary Frost has been actively involved in health and nutrition for 25 years. As a writer, her goal is to bring sound, accurate health information to the public in a readable format. She has spent thousands of hours in research in order to uncover what she perceives as The Perfect Crime: sales propaganda guised as health information, with the man on the street as well as the doctors being confused about what is true and what is not true.

Mary’s book, Going Back to the Basics of Human Health, has become a bestseller because it exposes the deceptions and misconceptions in the world of vitamins, as well as the low-fat diet scam. Now Mary takes us one step further with her Investigative Health Reports, entitled The Perfect Crime. These reports take us into the backroom shenanigans of the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and the government, exposing the layers of corruption that have led us to be fooled about so many issues, including the quality of our health care.

Mary has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Texas and a Master of  Arts and Liberal Arts from St. John’s College.
